Our Data Protection Policy clearly sets out our commitment to protecting personal data and how we implement that commitment with regards to the collection and use of personal data.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online as well as through the paper sign-up e-mail lists at our concerts. These measures are being reviewed and updated regularly.

What Do We Collect And How?

If you have opted in to receive our newsletter, we collect your e-mail address, in some cases the approximate location, i.e. city or country (never addresses!) and the type of newsletter you receive (i.e. English or German edition) and that is it. You will receive periodical newsletters and general information from us and nothing more. If you have signed in via our paper e-mail lists at a concert, the form may ask for your name in order to help us read your e-mail address correctly. These paper lists are stored securely and your name is never added to the data online. When you send e-mail or other communications to us, we may retain those communications for as long as necessary in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.

If you have purchased something from our online store, your name, address and e-mail address will be held with our website provider Bandzoogle (registered Trademark of Sitezoogle Inc.). If you wish any of this data removed after the purchase is completed, please contact us and we will forward your request to Bandzoogle. Please note if you have paid via PayPal that their data protection policy applies.

What Do We Do With Your Data?

If you have signed up for our newsletter(s), all we keep is your e-mail address and approximate location, i.e. city or country, in order to send you the newsletter that is relevant to you (i.e. English or German edition). Your data will only be used for receiving our newsletters. Our website and mailing programme is hosted by Bandzoogle. Bandzoogle's role concerning data protection is to provide a safe platform for our shop and the distribution of our newsletters and the secure storage of above mentioned data. How Long Do We Keep This Information?

Having opted in, we shall keep your e-mail address until you tell us you wish to opt out. You may opt out at any time you wish either by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ button on any of our newsletters or by sending us an e-mail asking to unsubscribe. (see below).
