Now in its seventh year, Monday Supperclub celebrates fine music and great words, and combines them with a simple, pub-style BYO meal. •The club was created to support local writers and musicians, thereby creating a community where lovers of fine words and music can listen and network. •Doors open at 6.45pm and the evening begins with bread and dips, followed by a 15 minute spoken word performance. Dinner is then served, followed by a 45 minute musical performance. The evening concludes with tea or coffee, and we try to have everyone out of the door by 9.30pm. •There are no door sales for this event. Tickets must be purchased online at the link given, and include dips, a main coures, BYO corkage and tea/coffee. Desserts and other sweet things are available for purchase from the Dome counter. •Non-dining tickets are not available.
The Dome Cafe in Maylands is a BYO venue during Supperclub. There's a bottle shop at the pub next door, or across the railway line on Eighth Avenue. Your ticket fee also includes BYO corkage.
