About the album: In a world that seems to thrive on chaos, division and uncertainty, we felt we might all be in need of a bit of therapy. In this case, musical therapy. So sit back and enjoy the ride.

Paul and Karen performed all the songs live, three takes, no click track, and virtually no overdubs.

Additional musicians: Paul Hutchinson - Accordion Ciaran Algar - Fiddle Chris Cliff - Double bass Paul Yarrow - Percussion & Keyboards

Thank you to Paul Yarrow for being such a master in the studio, for enabling us to just be ourselves and capturing our live performances so accurately, What a great recording experience.
